Halee Hedges was going about her usual morning routine at Weaver Junction BP gas station when an unlikely visitor came up to the door of the unopened store. "I just thought it was some drunken guy and I just brushed him off the shoulder,” Hedges said. Little did she know, it was Justin Kestner, the 25-year-old prisoner that escaped from the Iowa State Penitentiary early Sunday morning. "I clocked in at 2:55 this morning.
