FISHKILL – An inmate at Downstate Correctional Facility died Thursday, according to the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. The death of the inmate, whose name has not yet been released, is currently under investigation but has been ruled not a homicide, said Linda Foglia, head of public information for the DOCCS.
