An inmate who walked off a mowing detail in Tiptonville, Tennessee is back in custody, according to the Tennessee Department of Corrections. The department says law enforcement found the inmate, Richard Roberts, and a woman, Rachel McMillan, at a lodge in Murray Wednesday afternoon. McMillan — from Franklin, Kentucky — is accused of picking up Roberts and taking him to Murray. Roberts and McMillan are awaiting extradition in the Calloway County Jail.
