Walkaway Prisoner Returns to Halfway House |

New Hampshire's Department of Corrections says an inmate serving a prison sentence for theft returned to a Concord halfway house hours after leaving without permission. Fifty-year-old Robert Mozeika, of Chichester, left the men's North End Transitional Housing Unit on Thursday around noon to go to work. Authorities say he left his work site without permission. Mozeika was placed on escape status later that afternoon. He returned at about midnight and was moved to the state prison. Read More. |
