| Four applicants already for Hall County corrections director job |

Interim Hall County Corrections Director Todd Bahensky has applied for the permanent jail director job — along with three other men. Supervisor Dan Purdy, who serves as chairman of the county’s corrections director search committee, said the county has also received applications and resumes from Chris Harrifeld of Lincoln, Phil Greer of Albuquerque, N.M., and Mark Anderson of Geary County, Kan. The committee hopes to receive more applications, Purdy said, based on additional job postings the county will place later this week in the Denver Post, the Kansas City Star, the Omaha World-Herald and The Grand Island Independent. The county is also placing job postings in newsletters, publications and on websites for national organizations such as the National Association of County Officials. Read More. |
