GEORGETOWN, Delaware — Delaware Department of Correction officials say they've found a Dover woman who failed to return from an authorized work pass. Officials said a news release Thursday that Delaware State Police apprehended 21-year-old Jasmine Henry on Wednesday and she is now being held at Baylor Women's Correctional Institution.
