SIOUX FALLS, S.D. Federal officials say an inmate has been recaptured after escaping a minimum security work camp in Yankton.

Authorities say tips from the public helped locate 33-year-old Johnny Tiner. He was apprehended and re-arrested Saturday after he was spotted walking on a gravel road where Tiner then hid in a corn field in rural Hartington, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
