Inmate escapes Blackburn Correctional Complex on Sunday |

Police are searching for a Blackburn Correctional Complex inmate who walked away Sunday morning. Louis Dean Stokes, 41, escaped the minimum-security prison in Lexington about 8:15 a.m., according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections. Stokes was serving a 37-year sentence for convictions in Henderson County for receiving stolen property. Stokes is white, 5β11ββ, about 185 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
