An inmate sentenced to prison for theft died Tuesday at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center in Carson City after telling staff he wasn’t feeling well, according to the Nevada Department of Corrections. Shair Sahadat Ali, 59, was sentenced to serve 48 to 120 months in prison for theft and was committed from Washoe County in February 2014, NDOC official said in a news release on Wednesday.
