Larned Correctional Mental Health Facility Warden Douglas Waddington's last day was Wednesday, a state official said Wednesday night. Kansas Department of Corrections Communications Director Adam Pfannenstiel confirmed Wednesday was Waddington's last day, although he declined to comment about the nature of Waddington's departure, citing policy not to speak about personnel matters.
