| Inmate Who Escaped from Washington State Penitentiary Apprehended |

At approximately 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 16th, Neal Millikan was safely apprehended without incident after being located in a vehicle in Kennewick, Wash. Millikan was booked into the Benton County jail, pending transfer to a state prison facility. The Washington Department of Corrections worked in close partnership with other law enforcement, including the US Marshal Service and the Kennewick Police Department , and greatly values and thanks its law enforcement partners.
