UPDATE: The New Hampshire Department of Corrections reported that LeClair reported to his off-site job and his not considered on escape status. CONCORD — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections has reported that a minimum security work inmate is missing from the North End Transitional Housing Unit. Lance Joseph LeClair, 45, of Newport was given permission to go shopping in Concord at 10 a.m. Monday. He was required to be back at the facility by 5 p.m., but did not do so. Read More. |
