Texas police are hunting for an inmate who escaped from the jail yard while on work detail. Edgar Jaquez-Moreno has been missing from the Lew Sterrett Justice Center is Dallas since Wednesday night. Officials said the 24-year-old — who was booked into jail just three days ago on car theft charges — fled the facility around 8 p.m. while he was working outside, NBC Dallas-Fort Worth reported.
