| Inmate runs off from work release in Loyall |

On Wednesday, at approximately 9:50 a.m., Harlan County Detention Center staff reported that inmate Matthew York ran from the Inmate Work Release Program. The crew that York was a part of was stationed at the 840 Park in Loyall. He was noticed unaccounted for at approximately 9:40 a.m., and local authorities were notified moments later. York is a white male standing 5’8” and weighing 205 pounds. He is from the Loyall area. Read More. |
