| Inmate escapes from Mobile County job site |

Alabama Department of Corrections is searching for an inmate who escaped from a job location in Mobile County on Thursday afternoon. Linwood Ray Boykin Jr., 32, left from the assigned job in Chickasaw at 5 p.m. He was wearing white pants and shirt and brown boots. He was sentenced to 12 years and 10 months in jail on March 21, 2013 for a second-degree theft of property charge out of Calhoun County. Read More. |
