Inmate facing attempted murder charge after stabbing another inmate

A state Department of Corrections inmate serving time at Union Correctional Center in Farmerville is facing an attempted second-degree murder charge after stabbing another inmate. Jory Williams Jr., 25, was charged with attempted second-degree murder after stabbing inmate Cornelius Lazard, 43, in the early morning hours Monday.
