Inmates accused of killing 2 corrections officers due in Georgia court |

PUTNAM COUNTY, Ga. - The inmates accused of killing two corrections officers on a prison transport bus last week in Putnam County, causing a days-long nationwide manhunt, will face a Georgia judge Wednesday morning. Channel 2 Action News has learned that Donnie Rowe and Ricky Dubose will make their first appearance in the Putnam County Courthouse at 8:30 a.m. We will livestream the appearance on WSBTV.com and on our Facebook page at 8:30 a.m. Rowe and Dubose are accused of killing officers Curtis Billue and Christopher Monica Tuesday morning, and then escaping and leading authorities on a days-long manhunt.
