Anne L. Precythe, the Director of the Missouri Department of Corrections, will be the keynote speaker at the Tuesday night, June 27, dinner meeting of the Randolph Area Pachyderm Club at Nelly’s Restaurant in Moberly. The meeting is open to the general public, without regard to political affiliation, if any. The event will begin with a reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner at 6:30 p.m., and then the program, beginning at approximately 7:15 p.m. Director Precythe will deliver prepared remarks then conduct a question and answer session with members of the audience.
