| Judge suspends his order giving joint custody of child to rapist |

SANDUSKY, MI -- The judge who ordered a rapist to have joint custody over the child born from the act has suspended that ruling until objections to it are heard next week. The order from Sanilac County Probate Judge Gregory S. Ross came Tuesday, Oct. 10, about four days after the mother's attorney, Rebecca Kiessling, filed objections to the joint custody ruling. The stay on the ruling was issued in part because of the allegations made within the objections filed by Kiessling, Ross stated in the order. Read More. |
