Work release inmate fails to return to West Easton facility |

A 57-year-old man serving a six-month domestic relations sentence didn't return Monday night to the Northampton County work-release facility in West Easton, the Department of Corrections reports. Arnold David Kuhlmann was reported missing at 6:55 p.m., the department said in a news release. Kuhlmann is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds, the department said. His eyes are brown and his hair is black and gray, the department said. He has no tattoos. Read More. |
