FRANKFORT, Ky (LEX 18) On Thursday, The Kentucky Department of Corrections signed an agreement with CoreCivic to help deal with their aging facilities and their growing inmate population. In the meantime, we will continue pushing for reforms that improve public safety while lowering our prison numbers and reducing strains on the state budget.” Read More. |
