FLORENCE COUNTY, SC An inmate who walked away from a South Carolina pre-release center early Sunday has been captured. Laquan Patrick Hanley, 27, walked away from the Palmer Pre-release Center in Florence around 4:30 a.m. Sunday, the S.C. Department of Corrections said. Officials said Sunday afternoon that Hanley has been captured. Details of his capture were not immediately available. Read More. |
