Comprehensive Treatment Grants for Youth Available

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) announced that it will award $2.5 million in grants under its Strengthening Communities in Development of Comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Treatment Systems for Youth program.
Nonprofits, public agencies and faith-based organizations are eligible to apply for grants to strengthen community systems that provide youth addiction treatment. The maximum grant size is $750,000 a year for five years.
The deadline for applications is May 21. For additional information, contact Randolph Muck at 301-443-6574.
