Performance Objective Committee met at 0800 hrs

C-Tac meeting called to order at 1000hrs

Chairman Marshall would like to thank everyone that worked on the 10a project as well as the persons who have been working on the performance objectives.

Chuck McGill- Cape May would like to see power point lesson plans as well as tests developed for the performance objectives.

Sgt.Klementovich – Somerset County is inquiring about physical fitness standards to accompany the PT section of the p.o.’s. a lengthy discussion ensued with personal recommendation’s Lt. Marazo will contact the P.T.C. to see if any exist as well as reach out to various agencies for some input.

Lt. Marazo has been in contact with the National Institute of Corrections regarding the following:

Train the Trainer –first line staff supervisor

Train the Trainer- field training officer

As well as a regional field coordinator for new jersey

The performance objective committee recognizes that a second monthly meeting is needed to achieve the objective in the timeline provided. Dates are as follows:

January 23, 2009

February 20, 2009

March 20, 2009

April 17, 2009

All of the above will be held at the Ocean County Department of Corrections and begin at 0800hrs in the training room.

The C-Tac meeting was concluded and all present returned to working on performance objectives.
