3 Year Contract Win After Successful Pilot Program

September 15, 2004: Elmo-Tech Ltd., global provider of leading electronic monitoring technologies for the corrections industry, today reports a three-year contract win to supply tagging equipment to Portugal's Ministry of Justice. The contract was awarded to Elmo-Tech, following a competitive tender.

The national program launch, set to begin in January 2005, follows the successful conclusion of a three-year pilot program.  The program's existing operations are in Lisbon and Porto, expected to subsequently grow as the program expands into the rest of the country. The Portuguese Ministry of Justice's stated plans are to double the program scope during 2005 and triple it thereafter.

Elmo-Tech's President, Yoav Reisman said, "We are very pleased with this contract renewal and look forward to continuing our partnership with the Portuguese Ministry of Justice and our technology and administration partners as they launch the national program."
