Article: NCIC Operator Services is pleased to announce that it has officially initiated the first Mexico Collect Call agreement with Telmex (the national phone company of Mexico). Under our agreement, NCIC is utilizing its own platform and live operators to complete the collect calls to Mexico, allowing NCIC to accurately track the calls for compensation to our inmate facilities. With the influx of immigrants from Mexico and Central America, we have seen the need to focus on telecommunications products geared towards the Hispanic market. Ideally, this product will be a perfect fit for the payphone and inmate telecommunications industry allowing them to offer this service to inmates that can only make collect calls from their facilities. We are excited about this new product and the potential revenue that it will generate for our customers, especially in the Southwest and areas with high Hispanic/immigrant populations.
