Elmo-Tech Concludes Supply Agreement with US' Largest Monitoring Service Provider

26 January 2006: Elmo-Tech, the global provider of leading electronic monitoring technologies corrections and law enforcement industry, today announces a new supply contract with BI Incorporated, US' largest offender monitoring services and technology provider. The agreement is initially set to provide BI with STaR® GPS offender tracking systems developed and manufactured by Elmo-Tech.

Elmo-Tech's President, Yoav Reisman said, "BI is not only a very large service provider but an icon in the offender monitoring industry. We take great pride in entering this agreement, which provides us access to a very large segment of the world's largest offender monitoring market”. Reisman added: "The cooperation between leading technology and service providers reflects the change the industry is going through. There are more opportunities these days, in the US and around the world, but clients also demand more in service and technology. The combination of broader service offering and wider product range will, we believe, take both companies further than they would have otherwise.”

Colorado based BI provides community-based treatment, offender supervision and management services and rehabilitation solutions for 20 years to government customers in over 2,700 locations across the US. BI monitors and treats over 60,000 offenders on a daily basis.

Bruce J. Thacher, BI's CEO commented: “BI is pleased to add the Elmo-Tech tracking system to its continuum of technology and services provided to its customers. This addition allows BI to offer even more options to our existing and prospective customers.”
