Art Baker, with all that education still doesn’t understand the issues even a little bit!

Rudy101 how the hell you doing? How is the weather where you are… warm and sunny I hope. But seriously, you have been reading my blog for how long now and you call me “Art Baker”…. I may love donuts but I am not a baker…LOL. For now, your argument about the sex offender reg impactng the First Amendment hasn’t been fully adopted by any Court. Sure there was the case that JohnUath was involved in that said you couldn’t publize SO Internet Identifers…but he still has to reg and provide his Internet Identifers. There is noting that prevents a sex offender from having a blog or posting comments here and there. They just can’t in some states access SNS…. and some of those restrictions are only for individuals under supervision. I get that there is a First Amend concern here and that it is a balancing act. I also understand that parents would like to have some level of comfront that the SNS that there kids visit are not frequently by sex offenders in disguise. But right now the Courts don’t see your point. By the way we all have restrictions on speech to some extent. I can’t go into the World Series and start preaching….. I have a right to preach…. just not at that location. I can’t just demand that a newspaper print my opinion and expect it got be printed. Sorry Rudy101, those are the realities of life. But do please keep those cards and letter coming.
