A minimum-security inmate who walked away from a Spartanburg facility of the S.C. Department of Corrections is back in custody. Franklin Harris was serving an eight-year sentence for assault with intent to kill. He escaped Monday from the Livesay Correctional Institution but was arrested around 7:30 p.m. at his mother's home in Union County. Read More. |
