| Wisconsin Meets on Sex Offender Protocol |

TOWN OF UTICA – The Winnebago County Sheriff's Office will hold a community meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Utica Town Hall, 1730 County Trunk FF, to provide information on three registered sex offenders living in Pickett. The three – Scott Langenhorst, 50; Eugene Maser, 59; and Thomas Davis, 51 – are not considered high-risk offenders and have been living in the area an extended period of time. Langenhorst and Davis each served time in prison for second-degree sexual assault of a child. Maser served time for first-degree sexual assault.
