Wisconsin Meets on Sex Offender Protocol

TOWN OF UTICA – The Winnebago County Sheriff's Office will hold a community meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Utica Town Hall, 1730 County Trunk FF, to provide information on three registered sex offenders living in Pickett.

The three – Scott Langenhorst, 50; Eugene Maser, 59; and Thomas Davis, 51 – are not considered high-risk offenders and have been living in the area an extended period of time. Langenhorst and Davis each served time in prison for second-degree sexual assault of a child. Maser served time for first-degree sexual assault.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide information and education to the citizens of Winnebago County about all area sex offenders and make the public aware of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Web site, http://offender.doc.state.wi.us/public.
