2 inmates escape work details in Miami-Dade County |

HOMESTEAD, Fla. - Two schools were placed on lockdown Thursday after two inmates escaped from two separate work details, police said. Police identified the minimum security inmates as Manuel Guzman and James Dukes, both 20. Dukes was found about 4 p.m. in the area of Southwest 108th Avenue and 216th Street. Police said Guzman was found shortly before 9 p.m. Thursday in the area of Southwest 247th Street and Southwest 109th Avenue. Read More. |
