22 Busted in Online Child Predator Sting in Georgia |

Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- Over a four-day period 21 men and 1 woman were arrested in Richmond County, Georgia who believed they were going to meet a child for sex. Georgia investigators say the online predators would regularly visit chat rooms and other websites on the internet, find children and begin conversations with them. Eventually the predators would introduce sexual content into the conversations, and eventually arrange a meeting with the children. This is why it is so very important to be fully aware of your child's online activities, who they're communicating with, and what they should do when the conversations become sexual in nature. Open your line of communication with your kids early on, just as soon as they begin accessing the internet regularly, and make sure they know what is acceptable behavior online, and what isn't.
