Department of Corrections employee fired for impersonating officer |

The Tennessee Department of Corrections fired Billy Miller Jr., Sunday after he was arrested for impersonating an officer and assaulting an employee at a Walmart in North Nashville. Miller took a Ford Explorer to the Walmart for an oil change, parked it in an area where finished vehicles were parked and when an employee asked him to move the car, he allegedly flashed a badge. Miller then took the supervisor inside, told him he was not allowed to take pictures of the license plate, put him in an arm bar and handcuffed him.
