MCALESTER — Authorities are investigating after an inmate died at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester. A local newspaper reports 26-year-old Justin England was found hanging in his cell at 1:30 p.m. Monday. According to Department of Corrections spokeswoman Terri Watkins, England's death is being investigated by the department's Office of the Inspector General. Read More. |
