Major renovation coming for old Nob Hill probation office |

A nondescript two-story building on Monte Vista Boulevard in Nob Hill has been sold to a local owner who plans a major renovation, according to a report in the Albuquerque Journal. The 30,000-square-foot building, located at Monte Vista and Richmond, formerly housed a Department of Corrections’ probation and parole office. It was listed for $1.2 million by Jeff Martinez and Rob Powell of the Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group.
