MACOUPIN COUNTY, IL (KTVI) – The Macoupin County Sheriff’s Office is on the lookout for a prisoner who’s failed to turn herself in. The sheriff’s office says Tameka S. Turner failed to turn herself into authorities Wednesday for a sentence to the Illinois Department of Corrections. Turner is described as 5 feet tall, with a slim build, brown eyes and hair.
