ASHEVILLE — An inmate at Craggy Correctional Center is accused of possessing narcotics. Leo Arfocar Swain, 33, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance in a prison, according to warrants at the Buncombe County magistrate's office. He is accused of having 30 strips of Suboxen N8 strips, a Schedule IV narcotic, in his locker on Oct. 18, according to warrants. Read More. |
