RENTON, Wash. - David Jennings is a father of two, an artist, and a former prison inmate. He said his paintings are a part of his path to making a better life. His goal is to open a tattoo shop and art gallery. But instead of looking forward, he's getting ready to go back to prison. "I feel physically sick, mentally sick,and emotionally drained," said Jennings.
