Inmate in custody after walking away from work crew off Hwy 20 near Philomath |

Philomath, OR (KPTV) - An inmate who walked away from a work crew off Highway 20 near Philomath on Monday afternoon is now in custody. Police apprehended 32-year-old Travis Riley around 12:40 a.m. Tuesday. Investigators said Riley was with an inmate crew from the Mill Creek Correctional Facility when he was discovered missing at 2:45 p.m. Monday.
