| UPDATE: Officials ID Anchorage Jail inmate who died Sunday |

The Alaska Department of Corrections says Kellsie Green, 24, who died at Anchorage Correctional Complex on Sunday was booked on a warrant of failing to comply with community work service. A misdemeanor charge of misconduct involving a controlled substance was dropped, according to the department. A media statement earlier today incorrectly said Green was booked on a drug charge.
