Beekman, New York – New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested 38-year-old Patricia M. Harney, of Glenham, New York, on January 9, 2016, for Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony. According to State Police, Troopers were contacted to assist the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Office of Special Investigations with the arrest of Harney, who entered the Green Haven Correctional facility to visit an inmate with controlled substances and cash.
