Wyoming Inmate Bell Dies in Torrington

Cheyenne – Robert Dal Bell, an inmate at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution, died on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at the Banner Health Community Hospital in Torrington, Wyoming.

Bell was sentenced on February 11, 2014 by Sheridan County District Court Judge John G. Fenn to 3 to 5 years for one count of incest.

Bell was born on December 15, 1953, in Anaconda, Montana.

As per departmental policy an autopsy has been ordered.
