| Hutchinson Correctional Facility announces the promotion of employees |

Michael Marshall and Travis Stephenson both have been promoted to the position of corrections specialist I, effective Jan. 3. Marshall started his career at HCF in September 2012 as a corrections officer I. He also has held the position of corrections officer II. He is a graduate of Hutchinson High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Stephenson started his career at HCF in December 2013 as a corrections officer I. He also has held the position of corrections officer II. He is a graduate of Buhler High School and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Michael Stout has been promoted to the position of unclassified laundry manager, effective Jan. 17. Stout started his career at HCF in July 2009 as a corrections officer I.
