Howard Young prison seeks return to normal after flu outbreak |

The number of flu cases at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution are still climbing, but officials say that they will gradually transition the prison back to normal operations. The Department of Corrections has confirmed 41 cases of the flu, up from 28 a week ago. Three offenders are currently housed in the prison’s infirmary for monitoring and treatment.
