SALT LAKE CITY — A fire ignited inside the Orange Street Community Correctional Center on Wednesday, leading to 26 residents being temporarily relocated. The residents, all women, were allowed to take a few belongings with them to the Atherton Community Treatment Center in West Valley City, said Utah Department of Corrections spokeswoman Brooke Adams.
