DOVER, Del. - Authorities in Dover say they are searching for an inmate, who did not return on an approved pass. The Morris Community Correctional Center, in Dover, says that 29-year-old Rasheen Best, has willfully failed to return on an approved job-seeking pass. Best is described by law enforcement as a male, standing 5'07", weighing 245 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes. His last known address is reported as being in Dover, Delaware. Read More. |
