Authorities in Norfolk, Virginia say they've cracked a cold case -- and their suspect is an inmate at Elmira Correctional Facility. Wednesday the Norfolk Police Department indict Daniel Joseph Johnston for the homicide of Donna K. Walker on September 5, 1981.
