I am interested in facilities tht use High Pressure Water as a Less Letal Use of Force. would like to find a policy that covers it. |

The Military, DoD Corrections sytems does that very thing. I can personally atest to the effectiveness of high pressure water as ameans of LL force. It is the DoD Corrections use for force policy and the Army’s Corrections regulation AR 190-47. If you want to discuss it further give me a push: rmilks@nclettc.org |
