Description: The Project Coordinator, Creative Marketing reports to the Creative Manager and will support the JetBlue Creative Marketing team and work with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and ensure on-time delivery of creative assets. This role supports a variety of workgroups and assists with project managing internal clients, as well as supports team efficiency and consistency. The Project coordinator knows every aspect of our creative workflow and production processes, and can be trusted to keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines. This role demands organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and sometimes a diplomatic touch. The Project Coordinator is the internal facilitator between working groups and controls the red light/green light of a creative project or marketing asset. They understand how all of the pieces come together and is tasked with making sure everything is accomplished to task and coordinates and tracks the status of multiple projects and keep things running smoothly across a business
Special Instructions: Liaise between the creative and marketing teams and internal and external departments to facilitate on-time delivery of creative assets Leverages knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams. Oversee management of creative requests by managing Workfront Maintain project deliverables and timelines Ensure a daily hot list is distributed and that all team members are aware of delivery priorities and timelines Pro-actively manage owned assets scheduling process in partnership with Advertising, Social & Content team. Project manage both large scale and day to day projects, and act as a key account executive for internal stakeholders at JetBlue Work with internal clients to translate business needs into creative terms to ensure creative process runs smoothly Attend strategy meetings and act as liaison between client, Creative and Brand team to ensure strategic alignment and clarity on prioritization of initiatives Execute and act as producer for digital, print and environmental marketing collateral as needed Use project management software to ensure both clients and creative team adhere to brand processes Internal account management and executional support for internal clients for day to day operations Optimize project management tool and project management process to improve client and team experience Assist in conducting brand trainings to internal workgroups with the help of the Brand team, mostly focused on the project management process and workflow
