| Description: | A full time position, Lifeskills Coach, is available to work in Gateway's program to assist the homeless in the Beaver County area. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating a life skills and independent living program; assisting consumers with development of social and coping skills; ability to assess job readiness and identify needs of consumer; connect consumer with training resources, i.e. GED, literacy and OVR programs. Facilitates education groups. A bachelor’s degree in counseling discipline preferred with previous experience in a life skills program, group facilitation and ability to problem solve required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Looking to fill position immediately. No relocation expenses provided. |
